I just assume as in school it was the top grade!! He must mean he is the best, above average, top of the line!! He may be a little conceded too!

He could be referring to his personality. A Type “A” personality is someone who is constantly on the move. An “A+” personality would be someone who is even more so.

If he’s referring to anything else (looks, intelligence, bedroom prowess, whatever), he’s a conceited ***hole. Nobody should hold themselves in that high of esteem.
