I wouldn’t say he is gay right away, but more likely Bi curious or Bi in general if he has already met up with some guy.

He might just be having urges. If I were you, and I don’t mean to be too personal, I would look at your relationship in the bed room. Be more open with it, if you are not already, maybe it isn’t frequent enough or maybe it isn’t ‘kinky’ enough for him.
