Is this a red flag in reference to singles ad dating?

I started with one type on a Web site for staff. We started texting with the understanding that I had very limited minutes and couldn 't a lot of exchange and that I was at work (at this particular time.) He spent bombarding my minutes with the texts of which included comments about me that are "sexy" and so on us. snuggling. Even wanted to come up to my work! Should I call off the date? This is a red flag?

It appears that you have a potential stalker on your hands. I’d drop all communication with this guy, seeing how he doesn’t take you into consideration of his actions. If you continue with your plans of a date, you’re setting yourself up for a harmful situation.

I don;t mean to be harsh…but if you cannot see the red flags waving at you from this…you need not to be searching on the web for a man.

Please, read about abusive men…Some education will be of great help. Read the Gift of Fear….excellent book.

Look about and learn about controllling men.

You told him you were at work.

He should have respected this and not texted you.

You told him you did not have a lot of minutes

He abused this.

He depleted your minutes.

He started calling you sexy, and has never seen you.

He wants to snuggle with you.

He has no desire to get to know you…You are only a sexual deposititory.

Please…learn about red flags, and men…

Your life is at danger.

That sounds bad. If it were ME I would call it off because he sounds extremely desperate, clingy, and slightly creepy, but that’s just how I would feel about it.

You might consider still going on the date with him just to give him a chance, and then if you don’t like him don’t contact him again or tell him you just don’t think you guys are right for each other as far as dating goes. He might just be really excited about you.

If he is making you really uncomfortable now, there’s nothing wrong with calling off the date.

If you DO go on the date, I would meet in a public place and get dinner or see a movie or something and not be completely alone with him for at least the first date because you don’t know him at all.

yes creepo alert. dating websites scare the crap out of me, i understand that its hard to meet people but still… very scary
