well meeting someone online isn’t soo bad but if u don’t ever meet them it sucks trust me

Make sure a friend knows where you are going to be going to be and tell her to call you at a certain time and pick up the phone. She should ask you if everything is ok and if you need her to pick up up and if you do want her to pick you up say okay, yes, please come get me and hang up. Tell your date that a family emergnecy happened, and you need to go. That was if you aer okay then stay, but your friend still knows where you are.

If you have the courage to put yourself out online as a way of meeting people then it will turn out just fine. I couldn’t do that it’s not me. Though my mom has done it in the past and she would do it again. She met many wonderful guys in our area. There are going to be some losers, but your not going to find your perfect match every time. My mom remarried somebody she met online. They didn’t work because he was a workaholic not because he was a weirdo. Though now she has met another man one of the nicest men I have ever met. A great match for her. He has been married works with computers has a four year degree and supports himself. These are just normal men walking around you town. The guy she first married we lived in the same town as and through others actually knew each other. Both of these guys she was not going to go out with a second time! So make sure even if there is slight doubt try for just one more date. I mean if they have no teeth for 7 kids once is enough….

To other replies telling a friend where you are going is a good idea, but just go to a public place! Not that hard your obviously not going to go to his house.

Also by asking you out he is taking a big risk just like you going. He certainly isn’t sure your a perfect catch..Go if you don’t go you’ll never know once your out of college meeting people is too hard. It is the people who do something about it who come out on top.

Online dating can be good and bad at the same time.

However I suggest these precautions.

1) Have a friend accompany you to meet him.

2) If not then ask a friend to be around the area and then meet her after your date with him.

3) Just a simple drink at a cafe or where in the open public is good.

4) Avoid places where there’s little or no people around.

5) Avoid clubbing and nightspot places . It’s easy to drug someone there at the worst case scenario. (It does happen….)

6) Meet in the day time and end the date before evening.

That’s all. You may need to do these stuff a few times before you can ignore these precautions.

Give it 3 dates at least. Some guys are seasoned pros at the online dating scene and that’s where you need to be more cautious.
