Most guys that write to me want to learn how to become an alpha male. You know what I’m saying. The man that commands attention everywhere he goes. The man that always gets what he wants. The one that catches the eye of every woman he runs across.
Some men will put a lot of effort into out-doing other guys to show that they have “social proof. “  They are constantly bragging about every little achievement that they experience, and take every opportunity to show off.
These men are being dumb and you don’t want to copy them.
These men are definitely not alpha males. They only demonstrate how dumb they are for approval.
The true alpha males do not need to prove themselves to anyone. They just do their own thing without caring about what others think. They live by their own beliefs and don’t put much weight on whether others think of them as “alpha. “
To become an alpha male, stop trying to impress other people and just do your own thing. Quit trying to prove to everyone that you are an alpha male. Real alpha males do not need to show off because they already know inside that they are cool guys .
Okay, now for the information you can use.
Start taking the lead in what you do. Stop waiting for others to make their mind on where to go for dinner, just pick something. It is not even important if you care that much about the decision. Just pick something. Most people hate making decisions and are eager to let someone else do it. An added upside is that you never again have to have one of those “I don’t really care, what would you like?” discussions. Taking command of a situation is simple, and most people will just blindly fall in line behind you.
You should additionally begin thinking about the broad vision of your life. What are your life goals?  Who or what are you becoming?  Alpha males have sturdy values. Stand up for your values is someone tries to put you down them. But do not be too eager to get into a fight or get into an argument. Adopt the belief that you can solve things calmly but don’t shy away from defending yourself if someone is antagonistic. Once you grasp this, confidence and alpha male behaviors will just naturally flow from you. After you know what your life is all about, you will never find yourself feeling insecure again.
Stop pouring so much effort into becoming an “alpha male. Simply cultivate your inner values and you’ll naturally become less neurotic and more calm. The True alpha guys do not value how everyone else sees them, so neither should you.
