I met my lovely wife on matchmaker.com
She is not a model for a living, but is pretty dang good looking.
The better the quality the photo the bigger the chance that they are a model.
If you use a service like match, eharmony or various others with good reputations, most of the photos will be genuine. Some of the more sketchy sites like True tend to have a lot of garbage, and will often lead to junk mail.
And when you see the adds on the side of the window, like “meet girls from your local area” and it shows pics along with screen names, most of the time those are simply zipcode generated false profiles, lures.
I met my fiance on match.com as well. Their service is pretty decent.
i guees dont trust the photo but what there like to chat with!
